The collection consists of papers of Kerr Boyce Tupper from ca. 1872-1897. The papers include lecture notes (1872-1875); diaries documenting memorable events in Tupper's life from birth to 1888, including where he preached, family news, and social life; minutes (1879-1883) of the Pastor's Conferences of Grand Rapids & Vicinity; writings including a manuscript of THREE MONTHS ON THREE CONTINENTS (1889) describing Tupper's travels through Egypt, Syria, and Europe; and marriage records (1890-1897) for the First Baptist Church (Denver, Colo.) with some (1896) from First Baptist Church (Philadelphia, Pa.).
